Quick answers
Which package should I pick?
If you only need a smoke-test, the Single Mock is enough. If you have two weeks to prep, the 3-Mock Practice covers the obvious mistakes. The 10-Mock Pro is what most people actually buy — enough reps to walk in confident without overdoing it. The 20-Mock Mastery is for serial repeaters, multiple-country applicants, or anyone who has been refused before.
Do unused mocks expire?
Single Mock and 3-Mock Practice are valid for 30 days from activation; 10-Mock Pro and 20-Mock Mastery are valid for 60 days. We do not silently expire unused mocks before that. If you need an extension because of a delayed visa appointment, email us and we will roll the unused balance.
Which interviews can I practise?
Two lanes are live: the UK Student Route (credibility interview + university admission) and the US F-1 student visa. Pick your country and track when you start a mock. Canada SDS and Australia Subclass 500 will open as each rubric is production-ready, and the packs you already own will become eligible for those lanes at no extra cost when they go live.
Are purchases refundable?
No. All purchases are non-refundable. We manually verify each payment within 24 hours and once a pack is activated the fee is final. If you submitted a payment in error, email us within 24 hours and BEFORE you run a mock against the pack — we will void the request in that narrow window. If something on our side prevents you from using a mock you paid for, we credit a replacement mock to your account.
Will this guarantee my visa or admission?
No. We provide practice materials and feedback only. Visa and admission decisions are made by the relevant government or institution on criteria they alone set. Our mocks help you prepare; they do not change the underlying decision. Anyone promising a guaranteed outcome is misleading you — report them.

Is this a real interview practice tool or just a quiz?
A structured practice tool. Each session draws from a country- and type-specific question bank we author against published consular guidance and admissions criteria, scores your answer against our rubric (0–10 per category, weighted overall), and writes a report with phrasing fixes and an action-item checklist. It is rehearsal, not a verdict — and not a substitute for the real interview.
What if my interview is in 3 days?
Two lanes are live: the UK Student Route (credibility interview + university admission) and the US F-1 student visa. Run three mocks back-to-back — the typical compressed-prep loop. The Practice Pack (3 mocks) is built for this case. By the third run you will see the same two or three weaknesses repeat, with concrete phrasing fixes you can rehearse before the real interview.
Do you store my CV?
Only if you upload it, and only for the purpose of personalising your questions. You can delete it at any time from your account. We never sell or share documents with third parties.
How does the scoring work?
Each question is graded against a country-specific rubric that covers: genuine intent, financial credibility, academic preparedness, ties to home country, and communication clarity. Scores are 0–10 per category with a weighted overall score.
Can I get a refund?
All purchases are final and non-refundable. If you were charged in error, email us within 24 hours of payment and we will put it right. Your pack stays valid for its full window — 30 days for the Single Mock and 3-Mock Practice packs, 60 days for the 10-Mock Pro and 20-Mock Mastery — so you have time to use every mock.
