By using AbroadReady you agree to these terms. We will replace this stub with the full legal version before public launch.

1. What this service is

AbroadReady is a mock interview practice tool for study-abroad visa applicants (United States F-1, United Kingdom Student route, Canada SDS, Australia Subclass 500) and university admission interviews. It is a practice tool only.

2. No visa or admission guarantee

We do not guarantee any visa or admission outcome. Decisions are made by governments and universities, not by us. Anyone who tells you otherwise is lying to you. Use this product as practice; consult a licensed immigration professional for advice specific to your case.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old (or the digital-consent age in your country, whichever is higher).
  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.
  • One person, one account. Do not share accounts.

4. Acceptable use

Do not:

  • Scrape, copy, or resell the question banks, rubrics, or prompts.
  • Use the service to harass, deceive, or generate content that is illegal where you are.
  • Reverse-engineer the product or attempt to extract training data from our personas.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are reviewed manually by our team and access is granted within 24 hours of a verified payment. All purchases are non-refundable. Once your pack is activated and you have run a mock against it, the package fee is final. If a payment was made in error, contact us within 24 hours of submission and before any mock has been started against the pack — we will void the request in that narrow window. If something goes wrong on our side that prevents you from using a mock you paid for, email us and we will credit a replacement mock to your account.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We provide practice materials and feedback only. We do not guaranteethat you will pass any visa, admission, or other interview, and we make no representation about the outcome of any application you submit to a government or institution. Visa and admission decisions are made by the relevant authority on criteria they alone set. Mock-interview feedback is generated with automated systems and may be imperfect — treat it as one input alongside official guidance from the embassy, university, or licensed advisor.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell you if changes are material.
